Where are you based?

We are based from Niagara Falls, Canada and all prices are in U.S. Dollars .Visit this website to see exchange rates for your country. (Please note, this is an approximate value and you should consult your credit card company for their current exchange rate)

How are your products shipped?

We ship through Canada Post, to anywhere in the US, Canada or the rest of the world! Each shipment is insured and takes approximately 2-4 weeks for arrival.

How much do the photos cost?

We sell all of the photos individually for $5.00 U.S. each. Frame prices vary depending on the size and style of frame. You are not required to purchase a frame through us, however we do have this option available.

Do the photos come in colour?

The current collection of photos are sepia-toned. We do not offer colour prints but check back soon, you never know what we are going to do next. If there is a high demand for colour photos, we will make them available!

Are the "words" created into one larger photo?

No, all of the photos are sold separately. The purpose of the "create a word" tool, is just so you can see how your photos will look once they are put together in a frame.

Can I buy them pre-framed?

Yes. We are happy to provide a high quality North American made product. All of our frames are solid wood and hand-crafted by professional framers. To view our frame selection choose the "Add a frame" option when creating a word.

What size are the photographs?

Right now we offer 4 x 6 photographs. We do not currently offer other sizes, but check back at a later date, we are always looking for new things to offer our customers!
